efferre – Aero Jetstream

Theefferre Aero Jetstreamis a carbon road bike developed for aerodynamic efficiency, responsive handling and long-distance comfort. Its sculpted frame, fully integrated cockpit and internal cable routing create a clean profile that helps reduce drag while maintaining a distinctive Italian design.

Every section of the bike supports speed and control. However, the Jetstream does not sacrifice comfort to achieve aerodynamic performance. The rear triangle introduces controlled compliance, which helps reduce road vibrations and creates a smoother ride across imperfect surfaces.

efferre Design

The frame uses aerodynamic tube profiles to manage airflow around the bicycle. In addition, the integrated carbon cockpit creates a seamless transition between the handlebar, stem and frame.

Internal cable routing keeps brake hoses and electronic shifting wires away from the airflow. As a result, the bike presents a clean appearance while supporting its aerodynamic purpose.

The design combines precise engineering with flowing lines and balanced proportions. Therefore, the Jetstream delivers a performance-focused appearance without losing its Italian character.

Aerodynamic Performance

The front section cuts through the air efficiently during fast riding, solo efforts and high-speed group sessions. The frame shapes help reduce unnecessary turbulence, while the integrated cockpit supports a compact and streamlined riding position.

The bike performs particularly well on flat roads, rolling terrain and fast descents. Moreover, its responsive construction helps transfer pedalling input efficiently during accelerations and sustained efforts.

Riders can choose the groupset and wheel depth that best match their preferred terrain and riding style. Consequently, the platform can support endurance riding, competitive road cycling or a more aggressive aero configuration.

Aero-Comfort Carbon Construction

The carbon frame balances lateral stiffness with controlled vertical compliance. This construction supports efficient power transfer while helping reduce vibrations from rough asphalt.

The rear triangle absorbs part of the road buzz that can cause fatigue during longer rides. Therefore, the bike remains controlled and comfortable without losing the direct response expected from an aero road frame.

The frame weighs approximately 900 grams in size XS, with a stated tolerance of 40 grams. Meanwhile, the carbon aero fork weighs approximately 390 grams, with a stated tolerance of 20 grams.

Integrated Carbon Cockpit

The efferre aero carbon cockpit creates a clean and unified front end. It also supports an aerodynamic riding position while keeping the handlebar area visually uncluttered.

The integrated design improves the transition between the cockpit and frame. In addition, it provides a rigid platform for steering input during fast cornering, descending and sprinting.

Before selecting a cockpit size, riders should confirm the required handlebar width, stem length and riding position.

Configurable Groupset

The bike allows the customer to choose the preferred compatible groupset. Available configurations may include electronic shifting systems from Shimano or SRAM, depending on the selected product options.

The chosen setup determines the battery, front derailleur, rear derailleur, cassette, crankset, shift and brake levers, and hydraulic brake system.

The frame uses a BB86 bottom bracket interface. In addition, the standard brake configuration includes a 160mm front rotor and a 140mm rear rotor, subject to the selected groupset and final specification.

Carbon Wheel Options

Customers can configure the Jetstream with a compatible efferre carbon wheelset. Available options may include different rim depths and either DT Swiss 240 hubs or standard hubs.

The wheels use 12x100mm front and 12x142mm rear thru-axles. They also feature Center Lock rotor mounts and a 21mm internal rim width.

Different rim depths allow riders to prioritise climbing performance, all-round versatility or maximum aerodynamic efficiency.

Pirelli P ZERO Race TLR RS Tyres

The bike uses Pirelli P ZERO Race TLR RS tyres in a 30mm width. These tyres support both tubeless and inner-tube configurations, depending on the selected setup and compatible wheel components.

The 30mm tyre width offers a broad contact area for grip, cornering confidence and ride comfort. Moreover, the frame and fork provide clearance for tyres up to 30mm.

Always confirm actual tyre dimensions, rim compatibility and frame clearance before installation, as measured tyre width can vary between rim models.
